Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $64,731 in Louisville/Jefferson County. You can expect to pay around $1,069 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
