Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 44-year-old mechanic and It's a a small town city with about 13,280 people. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
