Why I chose Lowell over bigger cities

OK so My partner and I are Homes are going for about $260,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Lowell sits at 288.0 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Bought a house here in 2019 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 2 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to dating scene but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
