Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 10,911 people. The median home value here is around $236,900, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
