Quick question about Lowell

So, I'm a college student here and With a population of 10,911, Lowell is a small town. Household incomes average around $83,125 in Lowell. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in education. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..
