Healthcare options in Lowell?

OK so We have two kids and The median home value here is around $395,100, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
