Hi all, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a mid-size city city with about 115K people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
