Unpopular opinion about Lower Allen

So, Homes are going for about $246,100 on average. Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think?

Moved here from LA about 2 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to food scene but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
