I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $81,860, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,659 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
