Working in Loyola -salaries realistic?

Alright, I'm single, late 30s, and With a population of 3,883, Loyola is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks!

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
