Best neighborhoods in Loíza zona urbana
Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $92,300 on average. Rent is about $329/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great.
