Best companies to work for in Lubeck?

Hey, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $240,500, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Lubeck sits at 282.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $240,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Lubeck? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much established but now it's improving.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The job market is genuinely improving and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Greenfield) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Boston, be prepared for the culture shock. dating scene is completely different here. And Winters are long and cold.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
