Unpopular opinion about Lucama

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Cedar Grove area are improving. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much pricey but now it's average.

Moved here from Seattle about 12 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to dating scene but Definitely worth checking out..
