I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $192,800 on average. The median home value here is around $192,800, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting use...
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Ludington sits at 392.9 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
First post here. It's a a small town city with about 7,664 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
Hi all, Median household income is $44,471, which feels on the lower side for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
