Cost of living reality check -Lufkin

First post here. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,158 people. With a population of 34,158, Lufkin is a smaller city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
