Dog-friendly places in Lugoff?

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 9,475, Lugoff is a small town. Homes are going for about $201,800 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
