Job market in Lugoff for tech?

My partner and I are Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in education. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Indian.
