Rent vs buy in Lugoff -what makes sense?

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
