First time home buyer in Luling

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $212,500, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
