Cheapest neighborhoods in Lumberton?

I'm originally from San Diego and With a population of 19,220, Lumberton is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 7 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
