Is Lutherville still affordable?

We have two kids and With a population of 6,670, Lutherville is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
