Planning a move to Luttrell -neighborhoods?

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 1,006 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
