Best coffee shops in Lynbrook?

Random thought, Just moved here 13 months ago and Homes are going for about $592,400 on average. With a population of 20,251, Lynbrook is a small town. Median household income is $138,866, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Lynbrook? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in Lakewood for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- The food scene scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
