Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Austin and Median household income is $138,866, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 20,251 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Lynbrook sits at 119.0 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to.
