Alright, I'm a 32-year-old project manager and Median household income is $94,869, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,623 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much pricey but now it's average.
