Working in Lynden -salaries realistic?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 2 years and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Bought a house here in 2024 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
