Best neighborhoods to rent in Lyndhurst?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $198,900 on average. Household incomes average around $88,701 in Lyndhurst. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
