Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $198,900 on average. Household incomes average around $88,701 in Lyndhurst. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
