The good and bad of living in Lyndon
My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 10,956, Lyndon is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 10,956 people. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Close to nature
- Walkable downtown
- Good airport connections
Cons:
- Hot summers
- Cold winters
- Sprawl everywhere
