Biggest downsides of living in Lynn Haven?

Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,577/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to San Francisco it's solid.
