Co-working spaces in Lynn Haven?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $83,093 in Lynn Haven. Homes are going for about $286,700 on average. Median household income is $83,093, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $286,700, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Midtown. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in construction. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Hope this helps!.

Bought a house here in 2016 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Meadowbrook area are tough. Kids love it here.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Westside for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- The housing market scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cultural scene scene is tough

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
