Dog-friendly places in Lynn?

Alright, Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in North. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Atlanta it's better than expected.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is decent in most areas.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 7 years ago. The main reasons were school and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are wild, gas is tough.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Used to live on the North side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
