Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,612/month for a decent place. Median household income is $74,715, which feels about average for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 101K people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.
