Relocating to Lynn, MA -pros and cons?
OK so I'm a remote worker and With a population of 101K, Lynn is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,612/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
