Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Lynn sits at 492.3 per 100K. Median household income is $74,715, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
