I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $172,484 in Lynnfield. Crime rate is something to consider -Lynnfield sits at 15.2 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
