Best neighborhoods to rent in Lynnwood?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $76,439, which feels about average for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 40,953 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is average in most areas.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
