Cost of living reality check -Lynnwood

Hi all, Rent is about $1,675/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much pricey but now it's solid.
