Anyone work in healthcare in Lynwood?

First post here. It's a a smaller city city with about 65,291 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this?

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
