Starting a business in Lynwood?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. With a population of 65,291, Lynwood is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any help is appreciated.

I've lived in Old Town for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The outdoor recreation scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The nightlife is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Moved here from LA about 12 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to school system but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
