Hello, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Lynwood sits at 642.9 per 100K. Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
