Best neighborhoods in Lyons

So, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $936,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 5,444, Lyons is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this?

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
