Maben vs New York -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 17 months ago and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned?

Moved here from Baltimore about 1 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Good luck with whatever you decide..
