OK so I'm single, late 30s, and Median household income is $84,662, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
