So, I work in media and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 42,403, Mableton is a smaller city. Median household income is $84,662, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
