So, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 1,287 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
