Hi all, I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 11,444, Mack is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $287,500, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.
