Been living here since 2007. Median household income is $39,753, which feels on the lower side for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
