Random thought, I'm retired and It's a a mid-size city city with about 157K people. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Median household income is $50,747, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $165,800, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
