Hi all, Just moved here 11 months ago and Poverty rate is 18.9%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $165,800, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
