OK so I'm originally from Los Angeles and Crime rate is something to consider -Macungie sits at 64.3 per 100K. The median home value here is around $293,900, which seems about average. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Macungie? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
